Yesterday morning, Ffion delivered an online Easy Read presentation to Geraint Ashton and his colleagues from Caerphilly Council. π»π We started with a fun icebreaker question: π΅ “What are you looking forward to?” Many people said music concerts! π€πΆ
Ffion talked about: π What Easy Read is π‘ Why Easy Read is important π Which documents should be in Easy Read βοΈ How to create Easy Read information. Everyone took part in an activity where they changed a complicated sentence full of jargon into an Easy Read sentence. π
Ffion did an amazing job speaking, explaining, and answering questions. We are very proud of her! πβ Easy Read helps make information accessible for everyone and supports people to understand important information. π Well done, Ffion! π
