We had a lovely time at Friday’s Reconnect Through Cookery session! 😊 Our members came together to help prepare a variety of delicious pasta bakes – sausage, tuna, and ham – the perfect meal for this time of year as the weather starts to get cooler. 🍂

A huge thank you to Cheryl and Zoe 👩‍🍳👏 for working so hard in the kitchen and helping make such a tasty lunch for everyone. Thank you to Sian 🎉 for running a fun game of bingo, and to Sarah 🧠 for doing today’s quiz – everyone really enjoyed getting involved!

You’re the reason we run these sessions, and it’s always wonderful to see everyone come together, relax, enjoy each other’s company, build friendships, and learn new skills in such a welcoming and supportive environment. 🌟🤝 We can’t wait for the next session! 💛🍽️
